General terms and pricing of commissioned artwork:

 

• Non-refundable down-payment of 50% of total is due at start of project. 

 

• Remaining 50% of total plus shipping charges are due after final approval upon completion of project.

 

• A variety of sizes are available, as well as payment schedules.

 

• Unless a separate agreement is entered into, all rights of reproduction and all copyrights of the art, the preliminary design and any incidental works made during the creation of the art are reserved by the artist.
